A Life Built Through Experience, Refined Through Purpose
Signdeco Studio was not created overnight. It is the result of more than two decades spent working across design, construction, photography, site management, and hands-on craftsmanship. Every chapter shaped the way I think, lead, design, and build today.
My journey began in 2003, after completing my Diploma in Interior Design. I started my career in Rawang & Kuala Lumpur, learning under established studios and furniture manufacturers. Those early years were my foundation — where I learned discipline, client handling, technical detailing, and the respect required to build in someone’s home or workspace.
In 2009, I stepped into photography full-time. For six years, I captured weddings, events, and human stories. Photography trained my eye for composition, light, and emotion. It taught me patience and how to read people — skills that would later influence how I design spaces and guide clients calmly through stressful decisions.
When the photography industry declined, I returned to my roots in making things by hand. I built custom pine-wood furniture, crafting every piece myself from raw timber to final finish. It was a period that deepened my appreciation for honest materials, durable construction, and the satisfaction of producing something real. That hands-on craft remains one of the strongest influences in my work today.
In 2018, I re-entered the professional construction world through a company in Subang Jaya that became a turning point for me. They gave me stability, trust, and the opportunity to rebuild my career with structure and confidence. I learned the importance of responsible leadership, clear communication, and proper project planning — lessons that would become core to Signdeco’s identity.
Two years later, I joined a fitness company, overseeing the construction of large commercial spaces. Managing full-scale builds, coordinating multiple teams, and navigating the challenges of the pandemic refined my leadership and sharpened my boundaries. It taught me how to remain steady under pressure and make decisions based on clarity, not emotion.
By June 2022, I was ready to build something of my own.
Signdeco Studio was founded with a simple belief: design must be intentional, and construction must be done with integrity.
Since then, Signdeco has grown through sincerity, discipline, and a hands-on approach. Every project — from homes to offices — is guided through a structured, founder-led process. My role today is not only to design a beautiful layout, but to ensure the entire journey is calm, predictable, and professionally managed from the first conversation to the final handover.
Today, with more than 23 years of combined experience across design, build, photography, and project leadership, I lead Signdeco as a boutique studio built on clarity, craftsmanship, and long-term trust. My philosophy is simple:
Design with Intent. Build with Integrity.
